We made arrangements on a Sunday to have the largest room for 2 days, Tuesday and Wednesday. When we walked in on Tuesday we were told that there was a "mistake" made and we could not have the large room until Wednesday. After questioning them we found out that they knew this since at least Sunday evening and choose not to tell us sooner.
That evening we had so many people come to the funeral home that the second time we requested more chairs we were told there weren't any. We had at least 30 people standing in an already overcrowded small room. An already stressful and sad day made worse by the people who were supposed to help us.
